'liora was written out of nowhere. i found the name randomly - you know, those instagram accounts that posts baby names or even pinterest, and i just kept singing the name, liora. soon after i started singing around the name and eventually, like magic i found myself rhyming 'liora' with 'disorder. it fit so well i stayed in shock with that chorus for at least a week'

' i think i unintentionally wrote this to my younger self. she really needed someone to notice her struggling as she would never say it herself. she was an attention seeker, but i don't think there's much wrong with that; as long as you're not harming others, its an insecurity and a cry for help. if people see that and treat you horribly for that, that's on them and not on you.'

'i've been in a weird spot of going back and fourth of wanting to recover and believing i am unfixable. i think we all feel like that, one day we wake up at 6am and convince ourselves we can be fixed, then the next day we don't get out of bed until 4pm, and we don't even eat a meal, and not that it's okay, but we shouldn't look at those people with disgust. we have all been there and you're a liar if you say otherwise'

' we need to look out for people more, speak up if we notice things wrong, otherwise we may never hear about those people we thought about standing up for again. we need to act on feelings more, as long as you're not gonna harm something or someone, act on what your heart says more. when you do, you will be happier'
